Hi, I’m unclear why the fairly long discussion we had about the problems with transferring account access over to new officers was omitted?
As things stand, I’ll be against voting to accept the minutes as accurate for next year.

As that discussion was part of the President’s report, it was included via the direct link to the reports thread.
The President’s Report was a document filed before the meeting, not the actual discussion. I would like you to record that a member of the organisation raised serious concerns about the handover processes and the difficulties they raised with accessing money during the meeting itself. Thank you!
